The Centre for Research Career received recognition from the world's leading scientists European Congress of Radiology, organized by the European Society of Radiology was held in Vienna on March 1-5, 2017.
The scientific program of the Congress included a great number of the lectures and master-classes. The renowned experts in radiology, such as Prokop Mathias (the Netherlands) and Fiona Gilbert (UK) gave lectures. The main theme of the Congress was youth, therefore, a special attention was paid to the performances of the young scientists, residents and students.
During the session dedicated to the educational projects of students, the coordinator of the Center for Research Career Mr. Sushentsev told about the structure of the Center. He highlighted that the Center is involved mainly in research & educational activities. The special attention was paid to the principles of the Center for Research Career, namely continuity, openness and development of the international relations.
The report was warmly welcomed by the audience, and particularly from the moderator of the session, the winner of the gold medal of the European Society of Radiology, Professor Stephen Golding.
Prof. Golding noted a high level of organization of the Center for Research Career and praised its tutors for the willingness to a productive collaboration with the world’s top educational centers.
The results of the work session of Sechenov University’s Center for Research Career were recognized as the best educational project presented at the Congress. Such a high recognition from the global scientific community would become a strong foundation for a further development of the project for Sechenov University students.
